The total building area is approx.:  139,459  sq.m.

Cemcco, TOEC branch in Saudi Arabia, is executing 40 Typical Residential  Buildings, each building consists of 17 apartments,  in addition to a ground floor specialized for cars parking. Each apartment area is 190 m², it includes 4 bathrooms,  a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a maiden room.

All these building s are attached in the shape of rectangular with parks of 25% of the total constructed area.

All the apartments are equipped with facilities prepared for installing separated air conditioners and satellite cables.

All the apartments overlook either roads of 25-20-15 width or the participial entertainment park.

Every building is equipped with tow electrical elevators.

One car parking is assigned for each apartment.

One doorkeeper room in the ground floor.
